Window's scale and layout setting ruins visuals' allignment and sizes rendering reports useless.

When using 100% as scale and layout setting visuals get misaligned when compared to how they look in another view. This is very frustrating when trying to share reports with other colleagues that are not experience Power BI users. This interaction between windows settings and Power BI report rendering needs a fix.
