Hi @ctbj,

 

1. Which data source do you get data from? 

2. Which Power BI desktop version do you run? Please try the latest version which released on 9/11/2017. 

3. If issue persists with latest desktop version, please enable the desktop trace log and repeat the steps to reproduce the issue. Share trace log files with us.

Hi @Vicky_Song @v-qiuyu-msft .

 

1) I get the data from Oracle database.

 

2) My Power BI Desktop is running the lastest version (september 2017).

 

3) I have produced the desktop trace log files, but how I can share it with you? I can't find a button, where I can insert the files in here. I can only find button that can insert image, video, link, emotion, etc., but no one button that can insert files. Maybe I have to share the files with you at Dropbox? If yes, what is your mailadress?
