Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
I've been having it for a few weeks now. I'm enrolled in the Windows Insider Programme (Release Preview), so I was hoping the issue would resolve itself with an update, but it seems it isn't.

For some issues related to open Power BI Desktop, you may have a look at this official document firstly: Resolve issues when starting Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Docs.
Then, you could try to uninstall Power BI Desktop and clear its installation folder, then reinstall it.
Or you could try the older version: Previous monthly updates to Power BI Desktop and the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Docs.
