Visual Header Tooltip not showing in Service

Hi,

 

I add a tooltip page to visual header tooltip. It can be displayed in Power BI desktop as below. Hovering over, a tooltip window will pop up.

However, the tooltip does not pop up in Published Dashboard. I checked all the settings, changed browsers and cleared browser data. Nothing popped up.

According to the reply from product group, fix for this issue will be deployed into product environment region by region. It will be generally available in Service later March. Please be patient for the fix.

Same issue here (UK). Noticed it around a week ago. 

 

Visual header tooltip works in desktop and not in published web service.

Hi Folks, I wanted to give you guys an update. This issue has been fixed and it is showing properly on my end. I am in US Central Region. Good luck!

It's still not fixed for me, based in South-East England. The help icon appears as usual but no tooltip.

still no luck for me. Based in the UK. tried restarting browser as well. Hoping may be in a day or two it will be okay.

It's not fixed in the Netherlands yet.
