Hello,
I seem to have found an issue with the Usage Metrics data that is echoed by a few others on these forums.
I have a PowerBI report routinely used by about 300 members. Most of the usage data associated with this report looks good and shows what one would expect: user's showing a greater number of 'total page views' compared to 'report opens'.
Unless I am mistaken, 'total page views' should always equal or exceed the number of 'report opens', because a page view IS recorded every time the report is opened.
Unfortunately, this is not the case with certain users (see screenshots below). Particularly unsettling is a user highlighted below that is showing 19 report opens and ZERO page views. I have witnessed this user opening and navigating through the report pages. Nothing out of the ordinary for this user from what I can tell (signed in, accessing report from chrome, same as many others..), yet, no page views are recorded.
I am afraid that if some of this data is flat out wrong, then it is pretty much worthless for us. Which is a bummer. I would very much appreciate some assistance or help in understanding why certain users appear to be 'missing' recorded page views.
