Unable to import Custom Visuals

Radar images are only representatives, but there are many others that can't be imported. When I want to load and use them, I will display the loading failure. I think it has nothing to do with what my data source is. When I don't import the data source, I can't import visual objects

Hi @XingShuying ,

 

I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my side. Please try below options: 

 

1. Please run the latest Power BI desktop version as ours.Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center

2. As you import custom visual from store, please try to switch to another Power BI account to see if issue related to your account. 

3. Please download the custom visual here then use Import from file option to see if the issue persists.
