Unable to create/ rename workspaces

Hi! We are unable to create/rename workspaces. Also deplpoyment pipelines are failing with same issue in creating new workspaces. Please suggest.

Have found this information internal:

External security challenge not satisfied. User will be redirected to another page or authentication provider to satisfy additional authentication challenges.

 

Looks like it related to the authentication, perhaps MFA, but there seems no specific limitations about MFA and Power BI workspaces as far as I know.

 

If MFA is enabled, perhaps you can try to disable it and create workspaces in Power BI Service to compare the results.

Please check whether 'Create new workspaces' in tenant settings of Admin portal has been enabled in Power BI Service.

If you have no access to Admin portal, please contact your administrator to check it.

@v-yingjl  The settings are enabled and even tenant admin is not able to create/rename workspaces. There was Duo MFA enabled couple of months back on login... could that be a reson for this not to work ?
