Trying to launch a lab in Power BI Training from Microsoft Learn. My Login is Blocked, Code: 530031

Trying to start a lab related to Power BI at learn.microsoft.com. Attempting to do the first lab "Load Data in Power BI Desktop". I have followed all instructions for launching and preparing for the lab. However, when I go to open the first file, I am prompted to login to my Microsoft account. I have a 365 account, and, I am already logged into the account when I first go to Microsoft Learn. I enter my username/password and then I'm prompted for my DUO verification. I received the notification on my phone and take the appropriate verification steps. Then it take a minute on the screen and I get a message that my "Sign In was Blocked". Here is the message:

 

We've detected something unusual about this sign-in. For example, you might be signing in from a new location, device or app. Before you can continue, we need to verify your identity. Please contact your admin.

 

Followed by an "OK" icon. Also, there is a link to more details. Here are the details:

If I click ok, the lab DOES NOT proceed. I seem to be stuck in a loop of trying to get past this login.

Hi @Anonymous 

Can you describe your problem by way of a video or screenshot? I can't tell the exact cause of the problem because I don't have a way to restore your problem.
