Trouble for user to display Timeline Slicer on Power BI Online View of a Report

Hello,

 

I've got an end-user who can't display the Timeline Slicer visual in Power BI Online Report,

The visual is loading indefinitely and then only the background is displayed,

 

I am using version 2.4.0 of the visual,

Other users don't have this problem, as well as me, it seems to be specific to him,

 

Can you indicate me the prerequisites of this visual in term of display,

Since this problem only occurs with a single user, it is hard to go into what exactly caused the problem. We suggest that you connect with Custom Vision support staff to help troubleshoot.
