Toggle Concatenate Labels not working as expected

March 2022 version of Desktop.

1. Create a column chart
2. add 2 items to the X Axis
3. Drill down to show the hierarchy on the X axis
4. Go to Format\Visual\X Axis\Values
5. try to toggle concatenate labels off by single clicking the toggle
6. It doesn't work
7. Double click the toggle, and it works.

Expected behavour = a single click should toggle this feature, just like all other toggles

Here is a known issue related to turn off Concatenate labels reported internally(295105422) and in that case it would work after reordering the visual. In the latest version of Power BI Desktop(Version: 2.104.702.0 64-bit, April 2022), this should not happen. Please try the latest version of Power BI Desktop. Thanks in advance!
