Tiles not showing data

Couple of users in my orgnization cannot see the data in the TILE, when they click on the Tile and travel to respective report, the data is visable. The RLS has been verified and it is not used. All the necessary access for the user has been provided.

I have removed the tile and added it back to the Dashboard, but still no LUCK.

Please guide me how to resolve the issue to solve it

When you mentioned the end user can't see data in dashboard tile while data display after click into the report, is there any error message display in dashboard tile? Or the dashboard tile just blank? Can you share a screenshot?

Please try to click Refresh Dashboard Tiles to see if data display in tiles.

HI Qiuyun,

The same tile for other is displaying data, it is only with few users. The tile is showing the Power BI icon and staying like it. There are no issues with the dashboard tile or reports. We have used the option which you have mentioned already, but no LUCK.
