The "Apply" on text filter (addon) button is not working properly when query reducing is on.

If we have the query reducing option on the apply button, it is not working properly. Initially, the button is inactive (just after we open the report). Then, one need to input some text and push the ente or click on the "search" icon. Then the entered text dissappears but the "Apply" button activates.

One need to input the text into the filter again and push the active button "Apply" to get filtered results.

This should work norlmally as: user enters any text, the "Apply" button activates. If there is no text in the text field, the "Apply" button is inactive.

Based on my research, after we turn on Query Reduction for filters/slicers, if we type any text in search box, matched filter/slicer values display, perhaps one value or several values, once we select any value, the Apply button is active. Apply button is turned on based on the selection of filter/slicer values, I think this does make sense. 

May I know if you still have any concern?
