The page to submit a support ticket is not working

I need to submit a support ticket and the page is not working, on the screen "provide some details about the problem" does not let me write anything, thus, I am not able to send a ticket

Choose Submit your incident through the Microsoft CSE Service Portal, you will be able to access the support ticket page.
