Text size changes in Filter pane when resized

When widening the "new" filter pane the text size shrinks (using June 2019 release). If this is expected behaviour it's bad UX as widening should show only more text for improved readability rather than reducing text size as well which then detracts from readability.

I got the information below internally: 

 

This is as designed based on the auto-scaling feature. When you increase the width of the filter pane, you decrease the size of the canvas, and since the canvas size is decreasing the pane scales with the canvas.
