Tables and matrices are not side-scrollable in PowerBI Web

I've added a table in PowerBI desktop. This table has a lot of columns, and I can scroll horizontally by holding shift and scrolling, by pressing the middle mouse button and going left or right or simply dragging the scroll bar.

After I publish the report, I can no longer scroll horizontally in PowerBI Web. The scroll bar is there, so I can drag it and it works, but shift + scrolling doesn't work, and when I press the middle mouse button, only the up and down options are available, so it seems scrolling sideways is disabled for that visual. Matrices act in a similar manner.

There is a market extension for which the tables are side-scrollable. I suggest that this should be part of the regular behaviour of table and matrix visuals in PowerBI.

Hi @CristiMarian ,

Please check the results of my test below, I don't seem to be able to reproduce your problem.

You may also try clearing your browser cache and logging in using anonymous mode or logging out of Power BI and logging back in to see if the problem persists.
If so, please provide your Power BI Service version information, it is in the top right corner of the "? > About Power BI.

Best regards.

@Anonymous I did mention in the post, the scrollbar is the only way to scroll it sideways. What doesn't work like in the PowerBI Desktop version is using Shift+Mousewheel or pressing the mouse-wheel and moving to the right or left.

The below is from powerbi desktop.

The same table in PowerBi Web, notice how side scrolling by pressing the middle mouse, or by holding down shift, is no longer possible.
