Table Glitch in Embedded App

The table gets truncated and shows the sort arrows for all columns.

So what should the normal situation be like? Can you describe the steps you took to add the table to the app?

The table should look something like this (data is demo):

The glitch basically has a horizontal scroll bar that is pushed up near the top of the table, leaving a whitespace at the bottom of the table and an icon in the bottom-left of the table that looks like a spring.  Also, the sort arrow shows in each column, whereas it should only show in one column if the table is sorted.

 

We have entire reports in a pbix file that are being embedded into our app.  We've only seen this problem with some tables.  I don't know the full steps of embedding it into our app (someone else on our team manages that).  I don't think it has anything to do with that, though, as this problem only recently started happening, and we've had these embedded reports for some time now.  When the glitch does happen, it goes away if you refresh the browser.
