Subscription Image Bug

The image that comes attached in an email via the subscription feature is bugged and inconsistent. One day I will receive an image that is correct the next day it will be distorted. I've attached images showing each example. No changes were made to the report from day to day other than a scheduled refresh of the dataset.

For example,

yesterday the image came back size 1282x743 (it captured the grey margins outside of the page size)

today the image came back size 445x560 (the correct size)

I have the same problem in several other reports.

I tested on my side but not reproduce the issue. Please test again, if the issue still occurs, I would suggest you create a support ticket to get help.

Now I know where you can actually do that. Thanks for the video showing that. Hard to find!
