The button "Submit an issue" on the Power BI portal brings you to the home of the Community Forum instead of a form to submit an issue, as people would expect. Even when you click in submit a bug it brings you to a page that does not have that function, but a quite insignifican link at the right that says "New Idea".
I guess you renamed "issues"/"bug" for "ideas". It probably was an idea of your marketing team, but ideas are ideas anb bugs are bugs and issues are issues.
Like any new software (or old) you have bugs and issues. No recognising them and making hard for people to report them only make the software weaker.
