Hi All,
when I publish an app in the service, I get an identification error due to an incorrect URL.
What I do (after having republished a report with changes to a workspace) is:
1. Update App (from that specific workspace) -> Update App -> Update after which it says "Publishing App".
2. I then click the button that says "Go to App", which brings me to the updated app.
3. I now already see a double ctid in the URL with a comma as a separator in between the two identical id's. This is different from the link I can copy in the step before.
4. i refresh the page with CTRL + F5 to purge the cache and reload my changes. I now get an error saying:
Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.
AADSTS900023: Specified tenant identifier '2e60a29d66,2e60a29d66' is neither a valid DNS name, nor a valid external domain.
(I truncated the ctid here. The thing to note is the comma in between and the fact that the id is shown twice)
And then the usual error information.
I only get this error when accessing the service from within a Citrix session (however, only recently, before 2025 I never had any issues like this). When accessing the service from a different machine, outside of the Citrix environment, I have no issues.
As far as I'm aware, nothing has changed in our Citrix environment that could explain this behaviour, however, I cannot exclude the possibility 100% either, since I might not have all the information.
I've tried to open Edge In-Private, but I get the exact same problem.
Does anyone else experience this issue?
Cheers,
Niels

Hi @C4YNelis ,
Ensure that the URL being generated does not contain duplicate tenant identifiers. This could be a result of how the URL is being constructed or a bug in the service.
Since the issue only occurs within the Citrix environment, there might be a configuration or policy change that is affecting the URL handling. Check with your IT department to see if any recent updates or changes have been made to the Citrix environment.
The browser within the Citrix session must be fully updated. Verify if there are any network or proxy settings within the Citrix environment that might be altering the URL or causing the authentication issue.
Hope it helps!
