Slicers showing up empty after select and deselect

Hi Team,

We're running into what appears to be a rendering issue in slicers. For example, if you select an item, change your mind, deselect it, then close out of the box and reopen it the slicer options show up blank. See attached images.

The only remedy to this seems to be resizing the screen or choosing a different option and forcing the slicer to refresh based on another selection. It should be noted that this is running from an SSAS Tabular Cube. It's also an Embedded Application, but we've confirmed the behavior is appearing in both the Service and Embedded, so it's not a result of the Power BI API.1.PNG2.PNG

Please assist!

Hi all,

Do you mean the report get data from SSAS tabular model?

I have tested on service, set slicer with Dropdown mode and enable Select All option. Selecting a value and deselect it, close dropdown list, then open dropdown list, there is no blank as you described.

I would suggest you try different browsers, and clear browser cache then test again.

Best Regards,

Tried multiple browsers and this is a repeatable issue on numerous machines and browsers. This is a bug and would advise it may be best to get on a call or do a walk-through together.

I can confirm the existence of this issue as well in a different tenant workspace in the Power BI Service, connected to a different Tabular model (our dev environemnt) - I have used the same slicers for coninuity, but can confirm it happens on other drop down slicers as well:
1) Screenshot of Blank slicer after choosing All and then changing mind and de-selecting just a few in rapid succession:

2) After refreshing page:

We appreciate you rlooking into this issue!
