When using the slicer and the Select All feature, the default of showing ALL records does not have any boxes checked. When using select ALL on a field that has true or false settings, the display of Multiple records vs All differs depending on how it is selected. To get an All setting, you have to select All, selecting both options of a True or False shows multiple items selected.
What is desired is a consistent behavior and presentation. When All is shown all options should be selected. When Multiple Items is shown it should be because some but not all selections were made as long as it is more than one.
