Slicer Setting of "Less than or equal to" does not get published to application

This slider option work for the report right up until publishing it within an app. Functionally it eliminates the minimum value in the "Between" slider, which is what I'm looking for, and it works up through the "Content" review page before publishing. However, once I go to the app, the minimum value has been re-enabled and the "Less than or equal to" setting dissapears, and it just becomes a "Between" slider again.

I tested the scenarios you mentioned, but they all showed the same results and did not appear the way you described. You can delete the report and dataset you uploaded before and re-upload them .

Deleting and re-uploading the data sets/reports did nothing for me. Had to unpublish and republish the app for the changes to apply.
