Show as Table (available with right-click in chart) cannot be turned off - important for T&Cs

Please help as it is important for T&Cs of data usage in visualisation.
I cannot find any way to turn off the 'Show as table' feature in the charts (this is available with a right-click in the field of the chart). I have permission to use the data for charts but I have no permission to show the data (just like how you can see only charts in Power Point but not the actual data).
Having to add a transparent box over the chart could be a work around it but I would need to use the tooltips for custom built tooltips.

As far as I know, there is no elegant way. You may share feedback via Ideas and check if 

Smart narratives could be an alternative.
