Scroll bars in power query query plan don't work

I have a fairly large query plan in a Dataflow Gen2, but cannot view any of it because the scrolling in the query plan window doesn't work at all. Scroll bars appear but don't respond, and there doesn't appear to be any response when dragging the canvas. Zooming appears to work fine, including fit to window, but can only zoom into a single point. This means that the query plan is unusable as I can't read any of the information contained in it
