Scheduled Refresh Fail

Multiple Scheulded refreshes are failing daliy and for multiple reports. The number of reports failing is increasing. I have updated to latest version of the gateway on Dec 13th but it doesnt appear to have improved matters. Refresh Now works successfully.

Any ideas what is causing this or what the fix may be?

Hi @irishboy79,

Is refresh failed with error "Your data gateway is offline or couldn't be reached"? 

There is a known issue in North Europe region about schedule refresh. If your issue is the same as this one, you can keep an eye on the status of this issue on Support site.
