'Schedule refresh' option is not saved

As title says, the 'Schedule refresh' option on the DataSets is not being saved.

 

I set it up, then I navigate somewhere else and then we I return to the page it is greyed out again.

This is one of the two most granular setting pages in Power BI. Set 8x3=24 dropdowns for a refresh schedule and then save. The dropdowns look slightly different in Edge and Chrome, but neither works. [Edit] Also tried Explorer and Firefox. In all cases, I set the schedule, hit apply, then try to navigate away. Then it asks if I want to discard my changes or cancel the navigation.

So, I found I am able to DISCARD changes, after which the schedule will take. It looks like a validation issue from some UI change.
