Scatterplot - Custom Marker shapes remain in legend after 'Customize Series' is turned off

For scatterplots.  See below.  If you go through and customize a series with different shapes for each series and then turn this feature off (it's in 'Format' (Visualization side bar) -> 'Shape' -> Turn 'Customize Series' back off).  The legend remains in custom shapes while the plot area reverts back to the default shapes.

Have reproduced it in my side and submited internal(ICM: 251701568).
