SUM of Not appearing in my Power BI drop down

Hello, I hope someone can help. My IT department can't even figure this out. I am creating graphs in Power BI. The first sheet worked great. However, the other sheets don't give me the option to select Sum Of in the drop down on the fields I put in for the one axis. I have checked the data types, they are all identical. yes they say text, but so does the first sheet. I have tried to change them in the table mode to "Number" but it won't let me do that either - not that it should matter as the first sheet, works fine with it as text. My spreadsheet has them all as Numbers so that is not the issue either.

I thank anyone is advance if you can help, I would be most grateful.

Hi @dpringle 

It is difficult to determine the cause of a problem based on a textual description alone, not supported by data. Can you provide your sample in the form of a screenshot or video, and then describe your problem with your data?
