Resizing Groups Visuals as from April 2023 update

Good day to you all.

In the latest update of Power BI desktop, when you group visuals to change the size you will not be able to do that using the mouse. The double sided arrow will not show. 

You can only resize a group of visuals from the format pane.

Does this issue occur in version 2.127.1080.0 64-bit (March 2024)?
Can you show some screenshots or gifs to describe your problem? Thanks in advance!
