Report specific settings reset after re-publishing

When I re-publish my report to web, some of the report specific settings reset to default even though I have changed them before. 

 

For example, 

Pages Pane settings is set to Disabled:

and comments are set to Enabled:
salehh6_1-1668802460651.png

 

I was wondering if I am missing any steps or this is expected?

It's by design.
