Report Server matrix visual nested rows - lowest level row label not auto-growing with wrapped text

I am using the May 2024 Power BI Report Server version, latest patches.  I have noticed that both on the server and in PBI Desktop, when I have a matrix visual with nested rows (+ to expand) and the last level has a text label that needs to wrap, auto-grow is not working on that specific cell.  Wrapping with auto-grow works fine at the same level (green arrow in screenshot) but not the last row (circled in red).

Does this issue occur in both Report Server and Desktop for Power BI Report Server?
Can you provide a sample pbix without sensitive information?

@Anonymous , I did confirm that the same issue occurs in PBI Desktop and Report Server.  I will work on a stripped-down PBIX.

I have the actual report stripped of customer details and some other dimension data that did not relate to the issue.  It is 2.83 MB.  Please let me know how to submit the file to you.  Thanks!
