Registering NFC-tag functionality not working with mobile app

I tried the new NFC-tag functionality and want to register a NFC-tag with a report and an app. But when I try to register a tag, the app return an error message "Scan failed. Something has gone wrong. Try again later."

Using the Android app version 21202334 on a Pixel 7a with Android 15.
