Refresh Dataset Excel not working

Dataset refresh on Excel not working...

Just published a new File in Excel, edited the file and data is not refreshed.

On top, some of the data is wrong, doesn't look like this was the file uploaded.

What's your scenario?

1. Did you work on the Excel or the Power BI Service?

2. Did you upload the file to Power BI Service as Workbooks?
