Redmine Integration

Hi,

I have the requirement of integrating Easy Redmine (Project Management tool) with Power BI to create various project management reports.

Most of the PM reports need historical data. In Power BI Desktop, there seems no way of getting historical data using the API option.

Since there is no content pack associated with the particular tool, the automatic refresh can't be done, if the reports are uploaded to the online services.

Please suggest the possible ways to integrate the same.

There is no built-in connector for Redmine in Power BI Desktop now. If the Redmine data is stored in database like SQL, you can get data from the SQL database directly and then create custom reports you desired. After publish the reports to Power BI Service, you can schedule refresh with gateway.

For the Redmine content pack, please create an idea for it or vote on the existing idea.
