I have created a dashboard using the Power BI Online Service and shared with others in my organization from my Workspace. We are experiencing a variety of user errors when different members try opening and refreshing the dashboard.
One user gets "Sorry, we couldn't find that report" error message. Trying to access via the email shared link, copy and paste from Skype and going directly to the Shared with me link in the app. No matter what method we try to share, the user cannot access. The user happens to be remote.
Next user is able to access the dashboard from the emailed share link, but not from cut and paste into Skype message. When trying to refresh the version the user could see, the result returns "The data shown in this tile is no longer available" error message. If this user opens a different dashboard and refreshes, they have no issues. When returning to the one shared from my Workspace they're able to see the dashboard again, however trying to refresh returns the same error over and over, no matter how many attempts to refresh the page.
Other users are able to open the dashboard from the email share link, cut and paste from Skype, and directly from the Shared with me link. They do not experience any refresh errors.
For all scenarios, we've tested with IE, Edge and Chrome. All errors are consistent across browsers, just totally random across users.
Our business need is to have this dashboard displayed on a large monitor in our call center. The inability to create from our BI Development team to the user in the command center is a huge miss for our team. Any advice on other troubleshooting ideas or known bugs would be greatly appreciated.
