Quickbooks integration has issue on retrieving Receivables data

Hi,

I have successfully integrated with Quickbooks to build some custom charts but it seems like the Receivables data is empty. 

Any idea why? Who can we contact to resolve integration issue?

Hi @limcheehow,

Do you create a report in Power BI desktop, or Power BI service via Quickbooks content pack? 

Instead of using chart visuals, please use table visual to see if any records display.
