Query groups disappear after export to template

I have a pbix file with several queries. I have arranged these queries into groups in the Query Editor, but when I export the pbix file to a template and then open the template, I see that all the groups have disappeared (although all the queries are present). I would like my groups back!

I can repro the same issue as you. I’ve reported it internally to Power BI Team: CRI 36240043
I’ll post here once I get any update about it.

The fix will be available in the SU06 (June) release of PBI Desktop.

Please download the latest June 2017 version of Power BI Desktop. This issue should has been fixed in that version now.
