I notice that you are using Power BI Desktop september release.  Firstly, I would recommend you update to latest version of Power  BI Desktop(2.63.3272.40461).

Secondly, do you use Windows 7 operating system? If so, please install this C runtime update which Q&A requires, you can refer to this article to get more details.
