Putting a Date Value in the Reference Label of a New Card does not show the date value

When I put any date value in the reference label of a New Card, it inserts a number followed by a "T" instead of a date value.

I can show date values in the Data label on the top, but not the reference label

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it.
The engineers on the product team are now aware and will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient.

I still can't change the date format in the Reference Label:
