Problems refreshing data with Power Gateway

Trying to update  data THROUGH Power BI on Line Im receiving following error.

 

When Im trying to check Gateway it seems to be on-line and when Im refreshing data with desktop app it works fine.

What is your data source, import or direct query mode? Could you please provide a screenshot for the refresh error message? Did you check the gateway states in Dataset settings in Power BI Service?
