Problem with export for read-only users

When users with read-only rights tried to export a table with 40.000 rows they have only 22.000 rows in their excel file. When I do the same with my admin rights, it works fine, I have all my rows.

I cannot repro the same issue on my side. Could you please help collect the fidder traces during exporting data using the read-only user?

Please make sure following option has been enabled in fiddler and there is only one browser page/tab opened during the collection. Then you can share the .saz file through online file service like OneDrive.
