Problem with Scheduled Refresh

I have a problem with scheduled refresh, when i am trying to use it, it allways give me the next error:

So after that i have to come to the bi page and refresh manually using the button, and it works perfect, but I don't know why is this happening to the scheduled refresh, this was not happening one month ago
