Problem with Culture settings

Hi

I have a live connected report in which I have values of thousands where the thousand and decimal separator should be formated in Swedish standard, but is not. I have tried to open the report in a Swedish version of Power BI as well as changing the regional settings to Swedish (when live connected this is not possible to change locally, only globally). The computer has regional culture set to Sweden and therefore I suppose Power BI Desktop should format my values in Swedish standard, but no. How can I change the culture settings so that the format is in Swedish standard?

Do you connect live to SSAS tabular or multidimensional cube? 

As it's a live connection, you need to define thousand and decimal separator on SSAS side use Format String for the measure: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/sqlserver/en-US/0e879077-3af8-4884-a722-72a7ba2aba52/ssas-measure-format?forum=sqlanalysisservices

I connect live to a tabular model. I tried your suggestion but unfortunately that did not solve the problem since the regional settings of the client are still formatting the output in English standard. I believe I have to set the culture to Swedish or be able to change regional settings in order to have this problem fixed?
