Hi everybody,
I've got a published report on a Premium PowerBI Workspace, and everything's doing fine there.
I recently set-up a PowerAutomate flow to send recurring printouts to my peers using this published dashboard. Here again the flow is working just fine.
My issue is that my donuts charts (PayPal KPI donut chart more precisely) aren't printed: I only get a grey area where the chart should be - see attached snapshot. All the other charts, curves etc. surrounding those charts in the same page are displayed correctly.
To be thourough, those donut charts are also printing perfectly when I'm exporting a pdf from my desktop version. So the issue is somewhere between Power Automate and my published report on the Premium workspace.
Any idea how to solve this issue? I find it strange that while everything else is doing fine only those donuts aren't showing up and if possible I'll like to keep them as the Power Automate process is just the icing on the cake: reports have already been shared for months in the workspace and people are now used to the existing format. Would be nice to get the same pdf automated...
Thanks,
Aladin

Is it a custom visual in Power BI Market or just the dount chart by default built in Power BI? Seems like could not find this visual in the market.
If it is a custom visual, you may consider this limitation which is same as export to pdf from Power BI Service:
Power BI visuals that have been certified are supported. For more information on certified Power BI visuals, including how to get a Power BI visual certified, see Get a Power BI visual certified. Power BI visuals that haven't been certified aren't supported. In the PDF, they display with an error message.
