Preview feature Hierarchy Slicer not filtering as expected

I have elected to use to the preview feature Hierarchy Slicer with a simple date hierarchy and unfortunately this is not functioning as expected.

See images below. 

2020, Qtr1 and Qtr2 are selected. All seems OK.

I un-select Q2, again, seems OK.

I then un-select March from Q1, and this reverts back to include Q2 in the connected visuals. 

I suspect its a bug due to it being a preview feature but of course wanted to let you know.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my side. Would you please run the same Power BI desktop version 2.79.5768.1082 as ours then test again?
