PowerPoint trusting Microsoft Power BI add-in

In PowerPoint how do we trust Microsoft Power BI add-in? When we currently add a page from a report into PowerPoint all works fine. But if close and open PowerPoint we are prompted to trust the add-in. When we do this then the report page disappears, and we have to re-paste the link. Any ideas on how to resolve it?

Have you used Power BI Tile add-in feature in PowerPoint? If so, seems like could not reproduce it in my side, the report works fine.

If not, perhaps you can consider sharing more details about this issue like the steps which could reproduce it better.

Also, the page in the report says Q&A isn't enabled on the dataset". Works fine in Teams. So think may be a bug.
