PowerBi application without news data

Hello,

I have a PowerBi application that is broadcast every week. The data is updated a few hours before the e-mail is sent out. However, when I include the "preview" of the report in the e-mail or when I navigate to the report, the data is never up to date. The report always contains data from the previous week.
How can I get the report to show the latest data without having to click on the "refresh" button, and get the report preview in the e-mail to be up to date?
Thanks for your help.

Hi  @amolt ,

Would you mind describing your problem in more detail?
"I have a PowerBi application that is broadcast every week" By application you mean Power BI App? It can only be updated via update.

If you want to show the content in real time after the report is updated, we recommend using Power BI Dashboard.

If I have misunderstood your question, please be free to correct me.

Best regards.

Resolver I

Hi @Anonymous ,

Thanks for your answer.
In Fabric, I use a pipeline to update warehouse data on a daily basis.
I've created a report that uses a datamart which is updated every week.
The report is e-mailed to users every week, following the DM update.
The problem is that when the report is sent, the data displayed is that of the previous week and not the data present in the DM. To see the updated data, users have to manually refresh the report, and more importantly, if I include the report preview in the e-mail, it displays the previous week's data.
The mail with the preview :

the link in Fabric to update the application through which I expose the report:
