PowerBI Desktop Error on Launch

Hi team,

I work as IT for an organisation and we have two cases where associates are getting below error when the Power BI desktop app is launched.

Below is a complete breakdown of the error. Please note we have tried to unninstall the application already, removed all content and temporary files and tried to install the latest version of the application published on the 30th on January to no avail. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

1.Please try uninstalling Power BI Desktop completely, clearing the relevant cache files from your computer, and then reinstalling the latest version.

Also try downloading Power BI Desktop from the Microsoft Office Store.

2.Try to fix any potential issues using the Microsoft .

Download Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool from Official Microsoft Download Center

3.Try to clear the cache and temporary files associated with Power BI.

Thanks for the info @v-jtian-msft. Steps 1 and 2 have already been ruled out and not resolving the problem. Regarding the temp files, I have deleted below folder to no avail... C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\PowerBi Desktop Is there any other folder that I am missing that might need deleting? Where can I find that Microsoft.Fabric.DatahubEmbed.Resources file? Is this local?? Regards
