Power bi file suddenly cannot be opened

my power file is power bi May 2021 can you help me to fix the problem without need to updated to latest version of the power bi?

PBI Desktop has been updated to February 2023. The version you mentioned is not even available for download anymore. So it is still recommended that you update to the latest version and then see if the question still exists.
