Power Query Filter Rows Basic UI bug

I noticed and some users posted about that in the UI in Power query when using the filter on a column, the second box seems to be eaten, although it's not affecting any functionality but it should be shed the lights on for fixing in future release.

This was seen in the latest April Release.

Can you provide detailed version information so we can reproduce the issue?(Version information is different for different download routes (official links/MS app store)
